Thanks for posting this. It was good to see at least a summary of the day and some indication of what I missed. Congratulations also to the videographer, possibly Chris Lord (?) for capturing some of the highlights.
Were the numbers down a little or were many making purchases and so were not in the room when the camera caught those listening attentively?
